New Way Yoga and Meditation LLC. operates under the belief that if you can learn to control your mind through meditation and learn to control your body through yoga - a person can live totally in the present, enabling them to make the proper choices for their life.
We create an
environment that is fun, where it’s OK to laugh. A class where you don’t mind feeling a little awkward
because we are all feeling a little awkward; Perhaps you will find that you
don’t mind doing some things that are good for your health, because these
things make you feel more relaxed.
We are making no miracle promises, just having you explore the idea that if you take the time to learn these techniques you will get to know yourself a little better.
At New Way we have found through personal practice the stress reducing qualities of both yoga and meditation. There have been numerous clinical studies that have come to the same conclusion. The following are some links to the results of some of these studies.
